Vanessa Vettorello


Vanessa Vettorello is an Italian photographer based in Turin. With a background in Psychology, her practice investigates notions of identity, perception, and social structures through research projects and environmental portraiture. 
A Fujifilm Global Winner of the GFX Grant Project (2024) and an Eddie Adams Workshop alumna (2017), she currently teaches portrait photography at IED Turin. 
She is a member of Women Photograph and a co-founder of Freaks

Frequented by specific audiences based on their socio-economic background, these venues serve as a tangible metaphor for a social fabric that remains profoundly fragmented.
